1) Deep fry 1 pcs cut LIAN TAAT Vegetarian Empurau at 170°C until golden brown color. 2) Preheat oil, stir fry all seasonings (3 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce, 3 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp sugar, a bit of dark soy sauce and some water to cook until boil then add tapioca starch to thicken.) 3) Pour the sauce on Vegetarian Empurau. 4) Sprinkle some fired sesame on top to serve.
