Cooking methods: 1) Cook paste (spaghetti) in boiling salt water for 10 minutes, remove and rinse with cold water and drain well. 2) Add 2 tbsp oil into paste to avoid sticking together. 3) Fried Vege Scallops until golden brown. 4) Stir the butter then add seasonings, mushrooms and Vege Scallops in 3-quart saucepan and heat to a boil over medium heat. 5) Serve the seasonings, mushrooms and Vege scallops over the spaghetti.
