Vege Scallop

Cooking methods:
1) Cook paste (spaghetti) in boiling salt water for 10 minutes, remove and rinse with cold water and drain well.
2) Add 2 tbsp oil into paste to avoid sticking together.
3) Fried Vege Scallops until golden brown.
4) Stir the butter then add seasonings, mushrooms and Vege Scallops in 3-quart saucepan and heat to a boil over medium heat.
5) Serve the seasonings, mushrooms and Vege scallops over the spaghetti.

1) 1 pack of Liantaat Vege Scallop
2) 300gm Spaghetti
3) 5 Mushrooms (soaked and shredded)
4) 30gm parsley (finely chopped)
5) 8 Cloves garlic (roughly chopped)
6) 40gm Butter

1) 45 ounce jar Prego® Sauce
2) 1/8 tsp black pepper
3) 3 tbsp fine olive oil
