Cooking methods:
1) Boil the water. Once it is boiled, add all the ingredient and cook for 10 min. Turn to medium heat and cook for 45 min.
2) Add the Rock sugar at the end to taste.

1) 1 beancurd sheet, shreeded, soaked
2) 8-10 lotus seed, cleaned
3) pearl barley, soaked at least 1 hr
4) a bit of Rock sugar
5) 4 bowl of water
