Fried Soy Chip

Cooking methods:
1) 6 pieces Lian Taat Fry Bean Curd. Preheat oil stir fry pea, carrot, baby corn, red bell pepper, green
bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, straw mushroom and chinese mushroom.
2) Preheat clay pot, add in all of the stir fried ingredients with water to cook until boil.
3) Add in seasonings (1 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp sugar,
pinch of pepper powder) with some black moss to stir fry.
4) Finally, add tapioca starch to thicken, cover and simmer with low heat for 5 mins, ready to serve.
