Cooking methods:
1) Preheat oil; stir fry all seasonings. (1 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, pinch of pepper powder)
2) Add in broccoli, bell pepper, baby corn, straw mushroom and water to stir fry.
3) Finally, add in the soy knots and simmer for 2-3mins, then add tapioca starch to thicken.
