Cooking methods: 1) Heat up 2 tbsp of oil, stir-fry ginger slices and mushroom for 1-2 minutes. 2) Add in remaining ingredients and stir-fry till fragrant. 3) Add in sauce seasonings and bring to boil, then switch to low heat and simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce is reduced.
