Cooking methods:
1) Heat up 2 tbsp of oil, stir-fry ginger slices and mushroom for 1-2 minutes.
2) Add in remaining ingredients and stir-fry till fragrant.
3) Add in sauce seasonings and bring to boil, then switch to low heat and simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce is reduced.
Ingredient:
200g Fresh Soy Stick
150g mushroom
1 grain green bell pepper
1 grain yellow bell pepper
1 grain red bell pepper
5 slices ginger
Seasonings:
1 tbsp vegetarian abalone sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 pinch of pepper
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp vegetarian seasoning
200ml water
