Cooking methods:
1) Deep fry Lian Taat soy sausage in hot oil till crispy and golden brown.
2) In a large bowl, combine cabbage, purple cabbage and carrots.
3) Combine the seasonings, drizzle over the vegetable toss to coat.
4) Garnish the plate with salad and Lian Taat soy sausage.

1) Mayonnaise
2) Salt
3) Lemon Juice
4) Honey
