Cooking methods: 1) Scald cabbage (xiao pak choi) in boiling water and rinse with cold water, drain well. 2) Preheat oil: stir fry all seasonings. (1 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, pinch of pepper powder, 1/2 tbsp of sesame oil) 3) Add in cabbage (xiao pak choi) and water to stir fry. 4) Finally, add in the Lian Taat fresh soy sticks and simmer for 2-3mins, then add tapioca starch to thicken.
